Shipping Policy – Varuska Art

At Varuska Art, we take great care to ensure your orders reach you safely and in excellent condition. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order:

Shipping Costs

Shipping price is based on order value. All orders under R500 cost R100 for shipping. Shipping goes up from there.

You are welcome to arrange your own courier to pick up your order if you prefer that. Please contact me about your order in that case. Bigger artworks will be billed separately for shipping based on a quote from the courier company and you will be contacted about the options.

Processing Times

  • Orders for artworks and prints are processed within 5–7 business days once payment has been received for in-stock items.

  • Custom orders or commissioned pieces may take longer; estimated timelines will be communicated upon purchase. Please contact us if you need the item by a specific time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide within South Africa using reliable courier services.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days when ordering in-stock items, depending on your location.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and parcel size.

International Shipping

  • At this stage, international shipping is available only upon request. Please contact us at varuskaart@gmail.com for a custom quote before placing an order.

Packaging

  • Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Fragile works are wrapped and boxed securely.

  • Please handle your delivered artwork with care when unboxing.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will assist with a claim or resolution.

  • Varuska Art is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services once items have been dispatched. No refunds will be made in this case

Local Collection

  • Customers may choose free local collection from our studio in Centurion by prior arrangement.
